My name is Hilde, and I am a career advisor, coach, and strategic sparring partner. Since 2015, I have supported companies by developing personalized, needs-based career programs for employees transitioning out of their organizations.

In addition, I offer coaching for handling everyday-leadership challenges you meet as a leader and a manager.

I hold a degree in Marketing Economics and have completed my coaching education through CTI (Co-Active Training Institute – https://coactive.com/).

My professional background spans Norwegian and international companies, where I have held roles in sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics, and HR — both as a manager and a specialist. Additionally, I was a co-owner of a recruitment agency. Today, I have my own company specializing in career advisory services.
